We do not move the Mirror booth up or down stairs. IF there is a flight of stairs with no elevator the mirror booth will not be set up. If there is a very small set of stairs (3-6 steps) HELP MUST BE PROVIDED. No refunds will be given if the booth is unable to be set up do to mobility issues caused by stairs/event location. Credit may be given at the discretion of the owner.
